Spinning Fan Disc Blaster

The Spinning Fan Disc Blaster was a client project to create a new blaster to compete in the toy blaster category.

The creative process for this project had a very raw and productive form of brainstorming and sketching. I was tasked to take a sharpie and a used pizza box and completely cover every single surface with sketches and ideas for this project. Though the drawings may have been a little greasy, I was able to successfully pull many ideas from it and incorporate it into the finalized product idea.

What set this blaster apart from the other product already in the product line was the inclusion of a flip up sight and a stock with built in storage for the spinning fan discs. It maintained a similar color scheme to the other existing products in the line as well.
